5m examine the gazebo

the floor of the gazebo is wet
however the sprinklers have not come on yet today and it has not rained in 2 weeks
a sample of the water reveals that is is from the citys commerical water system (water not sutable for drinking)
there is a flower bed surrounding the gazebo you notice a foot print in the dirt, next to where the vic was
the print seems to be from when ever the perp pulled the vic up onto the railing

7d run tests to find out why the area was washed - OPENED
