| After I downloaded and ran the patch, it warned me to continued saved games through the "change case" feature. Perhaps you need to try that? (Begin at a different case, go to main menu, select change case...or something like that....I don't have the game running right now.)
(I'll have to go play that level again before I can offer more suggestions!)
