Question Stuck inn & out - getting the victim's apartment location


i can't seem to figure out how to go to the apartment. I have the addres, finger prints, hair, blood, skin, rap sheet, braclet, cloth, bill... what am i missing? i just wana go to the dead girls apartment. Please help me
