many do not know this but things were deleted from the game but you can still find files in the games code there are things like in all 3 games but the ones in the 2nd and 3rd games are harder to find because you cannot just browse the files like the first

you could actually open and grab the tape in the answering machine
there was a lock on the shed in case 2 wich was cut to gain entry
the above lock after it was dusted for prints
you could detect blood on the mirror in case 1
(this was removed because the hotel owner replaced the mirror and thus the new mirror would have no blood on it)
