There is a complete walkthrough in the articles section [I wrote it for the PC version, so some XBOX nuances might be left out].
As for the orchestra pit, Heather does not talk about it until you found the evidence in it- to get access to the pit, you need to play with the dummy [the one they use with lasers to track bullet paths]. Once you get the wound mold, [in the morgue] you can get access to the dummy on the stage. [Other evidence probably has to be found first, so don't give up!]
