| I had this problem too, I got stuck on the Coles Deck and it wouldn't save anything past it. It seems to happen if you quit the game right there.
I've figured out a small workaround which I believe works, not sure how far it works. Go into the program files folder/Ubisoft/369/CSI-Miami/CSI-Miami/Data folder. Delete the files Profiles.csi and Save_1_1.csi.
Play the game again. You'll have to start all over, but this time, play through the game till you get past the 1st case. Go to the next case and quit. It should save normally now. Let me know if this works for you.
